"As a Broadway performer I have long known the benefits of therapeutic massage. In fact when I was in the First National Tour of CATS, massage was regularly provided for us, due to the strenuous nature of the movements, and the rake of the stage. When I appeared as "Christine" in PHANTOM of the OPERA on Broadway it was essential that I receive massage in order to stay in the best shape to perform such a demanding role. In addition to my performing career, I have been a group fitness/Pilate's instructor for many years. As a result of these two careers, I've been fortunate enough to work with (and need) some of the best massage therapists in the business.
